Finding K'NEX parts and manuals

How do I find the right K'NEX part?
If you know the part number, use the search box at the top of the site. You can also browse the parts shop by category, colour and part type. If you are not sure what the piece is called, try finding the set in the instruction manuals first, then match the missing piece from the manual.
Can you help me identify a part if I do not know the number?
Yes. Send a clear photo of the part, the set name or number if you know it, and any measurements through the contact page. A photo taken next to another K'NEX piece or a ruler is especially helpful.
Are the instruction manuals free to download?
Yes. The K'NEX instruction manual library is free to browse and download. Manuals open as PDF files and can be used to check how a model is built or to identify missing replacement parts.
Why does a manual open in a new tab or download as a PDF?
Instruction manuals are PDF files, so your browser or device decides whether to open the file in a new tab, download it, or show it in a PDF viewer. On mobile, check your browser downloads if the file does not appear straight away.
Ordering and payment

Is there a minimum order value?
No. You can order a single small replacement part if that is all you need. The basket and checkout will show the available delivery options before payment.
How do I update quantities in my basket?
Open your basket, change the quantity next to the item, then update the basket. The totals and shipping options will refresh before you go to checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other supported payment methods depending on your device and location.
Can I checkout without creating an account?
Yes. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to view past orders, manage addresses and save time on future orders.

When will my order be dispatched?
Dispatch timing is confirmed before payment.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Available delivery destinations and costs are shown at checkout. Customs charges, import duties or local taxes may apply outside the UK.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the order has not been dispatched, get in touch through the contact page as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been dispatched, the address usually cannot be changed.
What should I do if an order has not arrived?
Check the dispatch email first, then contact us with your order number if the delivery window has passed. Use the contact page and include the name, postcode and email address used on the order.
Stock, sold out items and bulk orders
What to do when parts are sold out or when you need larger quantities.
Why is a part marked as sold out?
Some K'NEX parts are harder to source than others, especially older colours, unusual connectors and set-specific pieces. Sold out items cannot be added to the basket until stock is available again.
Can I be notified when a part is back in stock?
Where available, use the back-in-stock notification option on the product page. You can also join the K'NEX loop email list for useful part updates and occasional restock alerts.
Do you offer bulk orders or quantity discounts?
Some products and larger quantities may qualify for better value depending on stock. If you are buying for a school, club, project or large rebuild, contact us before ordering and include the parts and quantities you need.
Are your parts new or used?
Product condition can vary by item and source. Check the product page for the most relevant stock and condition information. If condition is important for a specific build, ask before ordering.
Selling K'NEX and support

Can I sell my K'NEX to Knex.Parts?
Yes. Use the sell your K'NEX page to tell us what you have. Photos, set names, box condition, manuals and rough quantities help us give a better response.
Are K'NEX parts suitable for young children?
K'NEX includes small parts and is not suitable for every age group. Always follow the age guidance on the original K'NEX set or packaging and supervise younger builders where needed.
What if I ordered the wrong part?
Contact us with your order number and the part you meant to order. We will explain the available options based on the order status and the item condition. You can also review the returns and warranty information.
How do I contact Knex.Parts?
