Shipping & Delivery


We have several shipping options available varying in price depending on the weight,

All of our items go out as large letters/parcels as they cant be shipped as a normal letter because of the width of the parts.

Items are sent via Royal Mail.

Depending on how your items are sent they can take anywhere between a couple of days to 2 weeks to arrive, tracking is not provided unless a signed for shipping method is used, we will email you a tracking number if we are sending your items via a signed for service.

International Orders

Any order going outside the UK use a weight based shipping method, which varies from 100g to 750g anything above that you will need to contact us to calculate a shipping cost for you.

Lost During Transit

In the unfortunate event that your item is lost during transit, we can either give you a full refund for the parts or we can send them out again providing we have the parts in stock, if we don’t have all the parts in stock we will ship out what we do have and refund you the remaining.


Typically, all products available for purchase on this website are in stock and will be shipped within 2 business days, except during designated “shutdown” periods. If an item you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. We may also ship in-stock items separately from out-of-stock items.

For larger orders shipped by a carrier, a delivery card should be left if no one is available to receive the package.

However, please be aware that providing an incomplete or incorrect address may cause shipping delays.

Additionally, if you request that the carrier leave your order without obtaining your signature, you assume the risk of loss or damage.

After delivery, you are responsible for protecting the items against loss or damage.

Please note that set contents may vary slightly from what is advertised on the website, and orders of 30 or more parts may be weighed instead of counted.

We strive to reduce waste by using second-hand cardboard boxes for larger orders.

Finally, if we receive a second order from you before shipping your first, we will combine the orders unless you request otherwise by email.


Ensuring the safe arrival of K’NEX sets and parts is crucial as they come in various sizes and shapes.

Our packaging policy is designed to:

  1. Comply with guidelines for packaging.
  2. Reduce costs and environmental impact by reusing boxes and packaging materials received from other suppliers whenever possible.
  3. Protect K’NEX parts from moisture during transit by packing them into plastic bags.
  4. Safeguard delicate parts by wrapping them in bubble wrap or packing chips.
  5. Utilize flat envelopes or mailing pouches for small packages that can fit through a letterbox.
  6. Dispatch larger orders in sturdy cardboard boxes. We do not send orders in over-size boxes.
  7. Use reputable shipping companies like Royal Mail for express deliveries, as they have an excellent track record of caring for packages.
  8. Promptly address any damage to packages or their contents during transit by contacting us immediately.

Despite our efforts, packages and their contents may sustain damage in transit. In such cases, please inform us right away so that we can take appropriate measures.
