If, within 90 days of purchasing a K’NEX set from us, you find that the set was delivered with one or more missing parts or a K’NEX part in the set is broken, we will replace those parts free of charge. We understand the frustration of receiving incomplete or damaged products, and we want to make it right as quickly as possible.
Please note that we strongly recommend using K’NEX parts purchased from us in accordance with the official K’NEX instruction books published by the manufacturer. While we stand behind the quality of the parts we sell, we cannot guarantee their suitability for any other purpose.
